At the heart of Ownersite.com is the Maintenance & Expenses Module. As you will soon find out, this well thought out module makes it easy to keep track of your vehicle's service history and costs in a single, centralized location; with a consistent, color-coded, easy to use interface; with as much or as little detail as you desire.
Ownersite.com will allow you to quickly maintain records of fuel expenses, oil changes, tire maintenance, routine & preventive maintenance, payments and parts and accessories purchases.
 Beyond simply maintaining expense information, Ownersite.com allows you to generate a variety of reports that break down expenses by date, year, vendor or expense type. We will even generate a Cost Per Mile (or whatever odometer measurement you have chosen) report for your vehicles. With all expense types, Ownersite.com will also display a running total of costs by type, as well as a summary of year-to-date calculations. With just a few points and clicks you can even create your own custom reports!
With some modules, Ownersite.com will let you know even more detail about your costs. For instance, Ownersite.com maintains a running total of your average MPG (or litres per kilometer), total fuel usage and time and distance between purchases. In addition, Ownersite.com can generate charts and graphs that display how your fuel consumption varies by period or from fillup to fillup.
 Your Ownersite.com Maintenance & Expense records can be as detailed or concise as you want them to be (see Screen Shots to the right). You can track specific details, like the brand and weight of oil, the octane level of fuel, the brand and model of tires, replacement part numbers or the time it took to install an item. You can tell Ownersite.com if you have a receipt for individual records or flag any record as being "no charge" (i.e. a recall or warranty service). You can even break down expense costs to include parts, labor and tax if desired.
 Do you use your vehicle for business or drive a company car? Ownersite.com allows you to optionally flag any record as a business or personal expense. Compiling a report of business expenses is just a click away with Ownersite.com. Combined with the Vehicle Details Trip Log (see Vehicle Details Module), reconciling your quarterly or annual vehicle expenses for business or tax purposes (or monthly company expense reports) has never been faster or easier.
The Ownersite.com Maintenance & Expense Module is so flexible that it can be utilized around the globe. Ownersite.com gives you the ability to maintain your records with your choice of settings, including miles or kilometers, several different currencies and your choice of colors and typefaces.
If you do not like the reports we offer, no problem! While most of them are available in a very "printer-friendly" format, all of the information you maintain in this module can be easily exported with one click to comma delimited text files that you can use with spreadsheets or other reporting tools.
While developing Ownersite.com, we realized that no two areas of expenses are the same. There are details that you may want to maintain for fuel records that really make no sense for payment records. This is just one thing that makes Ownersite.com different from the competition. A maintenance record is more than just a date, a cost and an odometer reading.
