What is Ownersite OEM?
Ownersite OEM is a private-label version of Ownersite.com. It provides the complete functionality of Ownersite.com with a look and feel that integrates with your existing website look and feel.

The cost varies based on a tiered pricing model that takes into account the number of users that you want to use Ownersite OEM and the duration of your contract. Ownersite OEM is a solution that requires an annual contract based on the number of users. In addition, there is one-time setup fee.
Can I control the content, design and layout of the email reminders that are generated?
Yes you can! Using a web-based word-processor like interface, you can add your company logo and control the content of the messages that are automatically generated by Ownersite OEM. You can insert even insert special offers.
Can I view activity statistics for my users?
Yes, you will be given access to view data about your users. In addition, we will customize up to three reports for you as part of the setup fee if you desire. If you require more than three additional reports, we can customize them for you at additional cost.
How do we prevent people that are not our customers from registering with us?
Access to registration is controlled by a PIN number that the administrator of your site creates. Only those people with the correct PIN number can register on your Ownersite OEM site.
I already have a customer database of xx,xxx clients. Can they be imported into Ownersite OEM?
Yes, for an additional fee we can assist in migrating your customer lists to you Ownersite OEM application.
Who is responsible for the maintenance of Ownersite OEM?
Ownersite OEM is a "hosted" product (sometimes referred to as an ASP or Application Service Provider), meaning that we handle the hardware and software infrastructure, product upgrades, hosting, etc. The application is administered on the customer end through a web browser.
Who supports our Ownersite OEM users?
Under our basic agreement, we handle email technical support, with a target response time of 48 hours. For an additional fee, we are happy to shorten the turnaround time, support your users by telephone during extended hours, or train your personnel to support the application in-house. As Ownersite.com has been around for almost two years, we have fielded and documented the answers to many of the frequently asked questions and already incorporated them into the basic product.
We really like the functionality of Ownersite.com, but would prefer if Ownersite OEM...
Customization can be done to the Ownersite.com application at an additional cost. We consider all suggestions for improving the application, but will likely only approve customization if it fits well into the overall big picture of the product. If it does not, we will consider providing a customized version that is specific to your company needs, on a case-by-case basis, as this will affect the way we maintain and support the product.
Once we sign a contract, how long will it be before my users will have access?
In general, turnaround time is 30 business days or less. This can be longer or shorter, depending on the special needs of your organization.
Do you offer a Service Level Guarantee (SLA) or uptime guarantee?
We guarantee that your Ownersite OEM site will be available 99% of the time. Please see our SLA for more details.
Is our customer's data backed up?
Yes, we perform nightly backups.
What kind of hardware/software/connectivity setup do you use?
Ownersite OEM is hosting in a state of the art hosting facility in Atlanta, GA. We utilize Dell hardware running Microsoft SQL Server and proprietary application code.
