Login Tips
Because Ownersite is a web-based application, we rely upon cookies to log you into your account and keep you logged in to your account. Without these cookies, you will not be able to login to your account.
If you are having trouble logging into your account, the first thing question is whether or not you are receiving some sort of error message. If you are receiving an error message, it may be because you are using the incorrect email address or password. To retrieve your password, please click here.
If you are not receiving an error message and when you try to login you are returned to the main page or the login page, it is probably because the security settings for your web browser are preventing Ownersite from setting the login cookie. Without being able to set this cookie, we cannot log you in.
These security settings can be controlled by a number of applications, including your web browser, anti-virus software, anti-malware software or firewall software. We recommend that you allow the domain "ownersite.com" to set cookies on your browser and set the site up as a trusted website. The only purpose of these cookies is to maintain information on your current session, do not include any personal information and are never shared.
Please keep in mind that if you have been able to login in the past and you are no longer able to do so, it is probably because one of the software packages noted above automatically and reset some of your security settings.
Your final option if you are having login problems is to delete all cookies from "ownersite.com" and then closing and re-opening your browser. For a guide on how to delete cookies, please click here.
If none of these fixes correct the problem, please contact us and we will do some further investigating about what might be causing the problem.
